Aftertaste of Life

Millions of millions of stars await the night,
Who would be ever to fathom such a sight?
Dark matter is a mystery to all of mankind,
Mankind has taken upon itself to discover this blight.

It should be no mystery that life is fully of mysteries,
Oh woe, then where does surprise fall upon us?
Who would strive to disprove of knowledge lust?
Simplicity, cannot be define without its complexity.

Men of knowledge cannot be the same,
Knowing the unknowing compels the few for the truth.
Yet, insanity comes to those who has no vanity.
Such is the result of an aftertaste of life.
