Blogging is harder than you think. Especially when you're busy.

Yes, I have the entire summer off and yes, it should make blogging easier, but tell you the truth, it doesn't. Once people know that you have the summer off, they instantly know that you're free to do two things and two things only: come and visit them or they come and visit you. Sometimes, it get even worse than that. Sometimes, you have friends or family that come unannounced. Those are the time killers!

Finally out of the 60's days! Man, that has been ten intense days of blogging (except for the few days that I missed due to being a host, but I made that up!). This week has gotten to an interesting start. Another old friend is in town from Boston and while hanging out with that friend, I randomly meet another old friend that I went to college with at RIT on the streets of Mission in SF! Talk about a crazy start!

I have been featured by YourAM! If you don't know what YourAM, I should let you know that they are highly recommended and their service is excellent! In short, YourAM is a personalized public booking service that is free, or for amazing service, you can pay from a range to as little as $8 per month or as high as $40 per month (depending on the demand of service your organization/company needs).

Young Thomsen is a blogger and works at a pet hospital. He provides a range of services that is of interest to him such as tutoring, blogging advice and etc. I am simply amazed at how proactive Thomsen is at selling himself and his services. Kudos to you Thomsen!
We have teachers/lecturers using YourAM to make appointments with their students. University research labs using YourAM to coordinate appointments with volunteers. We have computer service and repair companies using YourAM to make appointments with their customers. We are pretty surprised ourselves at how non-businesses and businesses alike are finding uses for YourAM in their own areas of need.
If you are also using YourAM publicly, feel free to share with us your URL in this article too!
Check them out and feel free to send them an email if you need to inquire more about their services!
Two days ago, I got an email from TeachStreet letting me know that I was chosen to be the Featured Sign Language Blog on TeachStreet.com. Keep an eye out for my featured post as soon as Feature Blogger Program is rolled out very soon.

Hi Thomsen,
Thank you for submitting your blog for the TeachStreet Featured Blogger Program.
We are very close to rolling out the Featured Blogger Program on TeachStreet. We would like to launch with your blog as being one of the Featured Sign Language Blogs, in order for that to happen we would need to identify you as a Featured Blogger by installing the following html widget on your blog:

Keep an eye out and thank you TeachStreet for this opportunity!

I know that I have not done any serious blogging yet, but I promise you that I will soon. Like most of you, I'm playing catch-up with work and friends, but that's still no excuse for me not to write about something! As this blog grows, I hope that I can make it as interactive as much as possible. I can only do so much and that's why I need your help. If you know of something that needs to be said, but don't know how to put it in words, I can help you with that. If you know that someone should be recognize for something they did, I will write about that person. If there's a topic that not being addressed, not will I only address it, but we can do it together. If you need an outlet to express yourself, become a collaborator with me. If this blog is successful and profitable, I will make sure you are well paid for your writing, for your technical assistance, and for your ideas on how we can make this blog interesting, fun and informative.

Congrads on getting the 100th fan and over 200 hits!

So, this is by far a long shot, but I'm looking for some volunteers who will be willing to write on the blog I created called Inherently Funny. If you're interested, shoot me an email about yourself, why you're interested and what your plans are for the next two years and a short example of your writing about an inherently funny moment.
